1. The service

This service allows you to generate a personal document by entering information into an online tool. Your document is delivered to you immediately after purchase.

Your data is not stored. Any personal information you enter is discarded permanently as soon as your document is generated.

2. Making a purchase

The service is offered as a one-off purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

All prices include VAT where required by UK law.

3. Your right to cancel

As a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

However, because this service delivers your document immediately, by completing your purchase you agree that we begin the service straight away and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once your document has been generated and delivered.

If you change your mind before your document has been generated, contact us immediately at hello@inorder.uk and we will issue a full refund if we are able to stop the process in time.

4. Refunds and defective content

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if the digital content delivered is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described. Please contact us at hello@inorder.uk if this applies to you and we will put it right.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use this service for any unlawful purpose or input false or fraudulent information. We reserve the right to refuse access if these terms are breached.

6. Disclaimer

Documents generated by this service are for personal use only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should seek independent advice before relying on any generated document for important decisions.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our fault and do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

We are not liable for loss that was unforeseeable, or for any decisions you make based on a generated document without independent verification.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protection laws of your country of residence.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it informally. If we cannot, you may refer the matter to the courts of England and Wales or your country of residence.
